It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, product training, device labeling, instructions for use, emergency guidance, product complaint reporting instructions, investment advice, legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, prescribe, use, distribute, or rely on any product or security.
No medical advice or emergency use
The Site does not create a physician-patient, healthcare provider-patient, or clinical relationship. Patients should consult their physician or other qualified healthcare provider with questions about symptoms, monitoring, diagnosis, treatment, or medical decisions. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Do not use the Site to seek emergency care, transmit medical data, report urgent symptoms, or obtain time-sensitive clinical review.
Product information and regulatory status
Product descriptions, technical information, indications, specifications, features, availability, regulatory status, and claims on the Site are subject to applicable device labeling, regulatory clearances or approvals, country-specific requirements, manufacturing requirements, commercial requirements, and change without notice. The Site may describe Cardiac Biotech products, including MyCardia AT, My-Cardia, CardioHolter AT, mobile applications, cloud-based portals, and related technology. Such descriptions do not expand, modify, or replace approved or cleared labeling, Instructions for Use, operator manuals, contractual commitments, warranties, or regulatory requirements.
