Important product and safety limitations

- MyCardia AT and related cardiac event monitoring technology are intended to be used by adult patients as directed by a physician or other authorized healthcare professional.
- The device is a retrospective tool that provides supplementary information to aid patient care. Recorded data should not be used as the sole means of determining a diagnosis or treatment decision.
- The device is not intended for patients requiring real-time mobile cardiac telemetry, time-dependent data reporting, or attended in-hospital monitoring for life-threatening arrhythmias.
- The device is not a lifesaving or life-supporting device.
- The device is not intended for infants weighing less than 10 kg.
- The device is not for use during MRI. The device is not waterproof. Excess cable should be routed away from the neck to avoid a strangulation hazard.
- Lead-on/off indicators, automated triggers, algorithms, cloud access, mobile applications, cellular networks, Wi-Fi, landline or VoIP transmission, and third-party systems have limitations and may not capture, transmit, display, or process all events in all circumstances.
- Consult the applicable product labeling and operator manual for complete indications, warnings, contraindications, precautions, limitations, setup, transmission, maintenance, and operating instructions.
Regional availability and regulatory status
Regulatory status, product names, product availability, indications, claims, features, instructions, distribution channels, reimbursement, and commercial programs vary by country and region.
